ALL INCLUSIVE IS OUR STANDARD
Every protection product we install is backed by an all inclusive coating warranty. Your purchase is fully covered from any failures, lack of performance, or early deterioration.
As a Spades Motorsports customer, you can expect nothing less than excellence in automotive detailing, protection, and maintenance. That is why we have designed our Ceramic Coating Warranty Program to be fully inclusive and offer protection for your purchase, at no extra charge.
Your warranty does not require activation and is fully active upon vehicle pickup. Ensure you keep your plastic Ceramic Coating Warranty Card provided to you by your Automotive Specialist when you pickuped up for your vehicle from our studio.
All products installed on your vehicle are also covered by the manufacturers orignal warranty. For claims on brand specific products, please contact us and we will handle your claim on your behalf. The below warranty policies are for Spades only, not including the manufacturer warranties and guarantees.
Your warranty includes complimentary re-installation of coating in the event of coating failure, degraded performance, and even vehicle re-paint in the event of a collision or cosemetic change. Your warranty is fully transferable to any new owner of your vehicle for its specified duration. Please view our Product and Service specific warranty policies below. CERAMIC COATING WARRANTIES
All coating warranties cover all premature failure, lack of performance, and or early detorition of the coating. Warranties do not cover user damage caused by improper maintenance, washing, or care of the vehicle by the owner or third parties. No paint coating is warrantied against scratch resistance, scratching will occur overtime and is part of the normal wear and tear of the coating.
Paint Ceramic Coating
The Orginial Ceramic, formally known as Ceramic Lite, is warrantied for a period of 1 year/12 months/365 days from the date of installation.
Ceramic V3, formally known as Ceramic V2, is warrantied for a period of 3 years/36 months/1,095 days from the date of installation.
Ceramic Ultra is warrantied for a period of 5 years/60 months/1,825 days from the date of installation.
Discontinued Paint Coatings:
Adam's Polishes Graphene is warrantied for a period of 5 years/60 months/1,825 days from the date of installation.
CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0 is warrantied for a period of 2 years/24 months/730 days from the date of installation.
Gtechniq Crystel Serum Light is warrantied for a period of 5 years/60 months/1,825 days from the date of installation.
Gtecniq Crystal Serum Ultra is warrantied for a period of 9 years/108 months/3,285 days from the date of installation.
Wheel & Caliper Ceramic Coating
Wheel & Caliper is warrantied for a period of 2 years/24 months/730 days from the date of installation.
Leather & Interior Coating
Leather & Interior Hard Surface Coating (CarPro Leather 2.0) is warrantied for a period of 2 years/24 months/730 days from the date of installation.
Fabric Ceramic Coating
Fabric Coating is warrantied for a period of 2 years/24 months/730 days from the date of installation.
Plastic Ceramic Coating (And Ceramic Black Dye)
Plastic and Plastic Black is warrantied for a period of 2 years/24 months/730 days from the date of installation.
Glass Ceramic Coating (Window Coating)
Window Coating is warrantied for a period of 2 years/24 months/730 days from the date of installation.
ACE All Surface Ceramic Coating
ACE All Surface Ceramic Coating is warrantied for the life of the vehicle as long as the complimentary maintenance details are performed at least once every 6 months in one of our studios. Warranty is downdgraded to 5 Years/60 months/1,825 days from the date of installation automatically after two conesecutive maintance periods are missed. (One year of no maintenance details voids lifetime warranty.)
PAINT PROTECTION FILM WARRANTIES
All Paint Protection films are warrantied against discoloration, yellowing, peeling, cracking, and fading. Rock chips, deep cuts, or any other damage caused by the film properly protecting from the elements is not considered a warrantable damage, rather this means the film peformed it's job and should generally be replaced after abosrbing significant damage over time.
XPEL Ultimate Plus Paint Protection Film (Las Vegas and Utah)
XPEL Paint Protection Film is warrantied for a period of 10 years/120 months/3,650 days from the date of installation.
SunTek Reaction Paint Protection Film (Alabama)
SunTek Paint Protection Film is warrantied for a period of 10 years/120 months/3,650 days from the date of installation.
CERAMIC WINDOW TINT WARRANTIES
All Ceramic Window Tint Films are warrantied against fading, peeling, cracking, discoloration, and or lack of UV rejection. User caused damage is not warrantable and is the responsibility of the vehicle's owner.
XPEL XR and XR Plus
XPEL Ceramic Nano Film, XR and XR Plus, is warrantied for the life of the vehicle.
