As a Detailer, you will experience a wide variety of projects and skill sets on the job. You are an essential piece of providing the highest quality services in the industry.  Your responsibilities and work day will consist of: Paint Correcting ("buffing") a wide range of vehicles from motorcycles, cars, trucks, SUVs, and the occasional boat, semi truck, and or camper trailer. Installing professional grade Ceramic Coatings to paint, glass, chrome, plastics, interiors, and other automotive surfaces. Detailing and cleaning interiors, exteriors, and all other components of a wide range of vehicles. Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and by text message to make sales, update on progress, and or inform the customer on any necessary information. (Using company phone) Accept cash and credit card payments from customers using an Apple MacBook, iPhone, and or iPad. While these are the vast majority of your daily work, you can expect additional responsibilities over time as you are trained and become comfortable in our studio. Our number one goal is to grow a strong team that supports each other and accomplishes the company vision -- Excellence Above All. Experience is not required, we offer full training for beginner detailers. Experienced candidates will be offered a higher starting wage depending on experience and proven abilities. PAY: ~$2k per week, 30% Flat Commision Rate Per Project. As a member of our essential core team in Las Vegas, you will be our Head PPF Installer, in charge of plotting, hand cutting, triming, and installing all of our Paint Protection Film projects. We anticipate 3-5 projects weekly with a flat rate 30% commission pay per project. You have the option to be a W4 employee or a 1099 contractor with this position. 1099 Installers will receive the full 30% commision on every project (average of $750) and W4 employees will receive 15% comission plus a base salary of $20/hour. Experience is required for this position, ideally 2-5 years of professional paint protection film experience and an additional 1 year of detailing experience, however the most improtant aspect will always be film installation abilities.  As the Lead Installer, you will eventually lead your own Installer team and be in charge of employee training for all PPF related tasks. Tasks include: Washing vehicles and preparing for PPF installation Clay bar process of PPF areas before install Polishing and paint correction of panels before PPF in some cases as needed Using MacOS devices to adjust, edit, and cut film on a Graphtec Plotter Use iPhone and iPad to manage projects, clients, and comissions Keep bay and work area clean and well organized  Install PPF on a wide variety of vehicles with kits and bulking Any other task needed by management  We strongly believe in compensating fairly as you gain experience and improve abilities, you will always be considered for raises and growth opportunities. PAY: $15/hour starting wage. Your role as Mobile Detailer is to manage your own mobile unit traveling to customer locations to mostly performance maintenance washes and details. The bulk of our work is done in shop and the maintenance portion is often done mobile -- this is where you come in to provide a seamless experience for our loyal customers. Your responsibilities and work day will consist of: Driving commerical vehicles such as vans, trucks, and box trucks to mobile job sites to perform high end automotive detailing and hand washing services. In mid 2023, we will be hiring for a Chief Marketing Officer who will be in charge of a wide variety of our corporate companies marketing efforts. This position travels between our locations, manages social media, has photography and video skills, and manages our reputation online. 

In late 2023, we will be hiring a fulltime General Manager to oversee all daily operations of our Las Vegas headquarters studio.
